*Title:* Accounting Generalist
*Duties & Responsibilities:*
· Provide administrative and clerical support to Payroll and Accounting Department.
· Help HR/Payroll prepare, research, and submit Certified Payroll.
· Handles and screens HR/Payroll related phone calls.
· Accurately prepare and maintain payroll and accounting documents and records.
· Provide administrative and clerical support to other personnel including Operations Director & Manager.
· Assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable including but not limited to data entry or record keeping.
· Cross train to other duties as applicable and necessary.
*Requirements and Skills:*
· Experience in any Payroll or Timekeeping system.
· Certified Payroll experience Preferred.
· Competency or experience in MS Office, databases, and accounting system.
· Accuracy and attention to detail.
· Handles confidential information with outmost care.
