The XBRL Account Manager serves as an accounting technical expert for our clients to analyze financial documents and apply US-GAAP financial concepts, with the ability to grow into a long-term career within SEC financial reporting industry.
Previous experience in XBRL not required.
Extensive training will be provided.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the following major items:
• Create and maintain customized XBRL-formatted documents for our corporate clients' SEC filing requirements.
• Understand and maintain a working knowledge of RDG’s XBRL best practices.
• Maintain a working knowledge of RDG Service offerings, with a focus in XBRL Tagging, XBRL Quality Assurance and EDGAR Filings.
• Develop a working knowledge of software related to performance.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service to clients, and always maintain client confidentiality.
• Identify and resolve client concerns or complaints.
• Represent RDG Filings in a courteous and professional manner.
The right candidate will have:
A two (two) or four (4) year degree from an accredited College, University or other recognized institution, in accounting, finance, business or related field, or, a mixture of relevant, equivalent work experience is required.
Fundamental accounting and intermediate accounting courses are highly recommended
Solid understanding of Corporate Accounting, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Corporate Financial Statements and related disclosures.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to identify problems and implement rapid solutions.
Possess excellent written and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively.
Ability to monitor/assess performance to make improvements or take corrective action.
Strong computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends during quarterly busy periods.

Salary:
Annual from 42,000.
