In doing so, you will be responsible for: · Having a customer-focused mindset that allows you to switch focus often and serve when needed · Maintaining the time and attendance system (ADP) with the utmost accuracy including further investigating instances to find a root cause · Becoming a trusted resource to the HR Director through heavy administrative support in handling discipline, grievances, and employee communication · Administering the Employee Tire Purchase Program for all current employees and retirees · Developing high-level monthly reports and presentations to showcase departmental KPIs · Being familiar with, or having a desire to learn, FMLA laws to best track employee usage · Understanding policies and procedures outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement in order to facilitate the progressive disciplinary policy · Supporting Japanese staff, and their families, with living arrangements, utilities, government documents, and other issues related to relocating to the USA and YTMV · Seeking out process improvements and making recommendations for efficiency _YTMV is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team that is accepting and respectful of all backgrounds, perspectives, and skills sets.
