*About the Job:*
We are currently seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Assistant.
This is an entry-level position offering a valuable opportunity for individuals interested in gaining professional experience in clinical research within a supportive and collaborative environment.
*Responsibilities:*
* Assist the research team in planning, organizing, and conducting clinical research studies, including but not limited to blood draw and device studies and drug clinical trials.
* Collect and analyze data through interviews, observations, and medical record reviews, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
* Maintain records of research activities, quality control measures, and participants' information in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
* Assist in patient recruitment and screening processes, ensuring that informed consent procedures are followed appropriately.
* Collaborate with physicians, study coordinators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth execution of research operations.
* Ensure compliance with research protocols, safety regulations, and ethical considerations while adhering to Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
* Provide administrative support for research-related activities, such as maintaining documentation, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
* Perform other research-related tasks as assigned by the research team.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is preferred, though not required.
* Previous clinical research experience, while beneficial, is not required.
* Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis software is preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with research team members, patients, and healthcare professionals.
* Attention to detail, critical thinking ability, and problem-solving skills.
* Must be able to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.
* Familiarity with medical terminology and basic understanding of research processes is advantageous.
