Manager is seeking candidates who will be responsible for answering phone system, ensuring that calls are directed to the appropriate party.
Responsible for creating/providing visitor badges and ensuring that visitor request are in the system, ordering lunches for training classes, and working with the supervisor if assistance is needed in the print production room.
There is some walking as the candidate will be responsible for delivering lunches and ensuring that the conference rooms are setup.
Lifting is less than 50lbs and if assistance is needed they will have help

- Requires high school diploma and 1+ years of prior experience.

- MS Office Suite experience is a plus, specifically Word and Excel.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets the public.
- Assists applicants in completing applications.
- Distributes name badges to visitors, temporary employees, etc.
- Schedules meeting rooms for all.
- Answers and transfers calls from all over the United States.
- Participates enthusiastically in company and community service events.
- Performs light Administrative duties.
- Performs PC Support and Administrative duties as needed.
- Acts as a model for Vision, Values, and Mission.
- Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams.
- Responsible for the timely updates of the following: Company phone and speed dial lists, Brag Board and Company Calendar.
- Responsible for updating the automated messaging center daily.
- Assists Administration or any other team when needed for various tasks (envelope labels, compiling manuals, etc.
).
- Responsible for ordering, maintaining and distributing promotional items for Promotional Store.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
