Wall Therapeutic Solutions is seeking an *Administrative Assistant* for our Salem, VA outpatient therapy office.
Skills required: Effective oral and written communication, training and /or experience in office operations, organization of office files and confidential client documents, ability to work independently, prioritizing multiple and varied tasks.
Ability to manage schedules and use electronic calendars.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook email.
Responsibilities include front desk reception, assisting clinicians with workflow and scheduling, referral and wait list follow up, tracking client documentation, collecting & organizing hiring information for Human Resources, greeting clients, and light cleaning duties.
This is a full-time position and hours are M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm.
