Like new 3 spoke steering wheel.
Was in a custom built truck I bought.
I went with a different wheel.
Truck build had 400 miles on it, so like new.
There is one slight imperfection in the chrome.
If you look at it and see that imperfection right away, I'll give an instant $10.

Install kit is not for this wheel and is not complete.
