*Essential Functions:*
1.
Implements curriculum within the established guidelines.
2.
Implements daily lesson/activity plans as needed with the lead teacher and ELC director.
3.
Supervises the children, classroom, and all activities.
4.
Makes ongoing, systematic observations and consults with the lead teacher and the ELC director regarding each child.
5.
Maintains a clean and organized program site, supplies and equipment.
6.
Maintains program records.
7.
Attends and participates in program activities, staff meetings, and staff training.
8.
Maintians a clean and organized environment including but not limited to the following: Cleans tables before and after snack, cleans floors after snack and other activities, disinfects and cleans toys and activity areas, cleans bathrooms at the end of AM and PM sessions.
9.
Reports all program changes to the Lead Teacher and/or ELC Director.
10.
Share problems and concerns of children and parents with the Lead Teacher and/or ELC Director so they can be resolved.
11.
Report to the ELC Director any difficult or unusual situations.
