Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate teachers to join our team.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring a positive and enriching learning environment for students.
Must have a passion for Early Childhood Education and working with children ages infant to 6 years old.
Duties:
- Implementing lesson plans and educational activities using the Montessori method
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
- Help maintain classroom order and manage student behavior
- Assist with the preparation of materials and resources for lessons
- Supervise students during recess, lunchtime, and other non-instructional periods and during instructions periods
- Foster a safe learning environment for all students
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Knowledge of behavior and classroom management techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with preschool, toddler care, or childcare environments
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
