Life Academy in Roanoke, VA is looking for Teachers to join our team! We currently are looking to hire for several positions; some part time, some full time, and multiple age groups.
We are located on 7422 Deer Branch Rd.
in North Roanoke County.

Responsibilities
*The center is open from Monday - Friday between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm *You'll be assigned a group of students to work with on a consistent basis, with a set schedule, with occasionally being asked to help sub as needed.
We prioritize working together as a team and being flexible to achieve the best outcome for our students! *You'll plan, coordinate, and implement developmentally appropriate activities for the children in your care following a state-approved curriculum with FREE training provided to you! *You'll provide a positive and nurturing learning environment to the children in your care, ensuring they know that learning is fun! *You'll engage with parents in a professional manner regarding their student's development.
Qualifications
*Experience working with children (ideally children under the age of 5) *Ability to remain calm, patient and positive with students *Exceptional written and verbal communication skills *Have a love for children and a desire to positively impact their lives *CDA or degree in Education or Early Childhood is desired but not mandatory.
