Anyone know where to get a Zipper repaired? (Roanoke)

I have an old camera bag with 2 of the 3 pulls in need of replacement.
The zipper parts work fine, just nothing to attach a pull to.
I’m hoping to find a Seem-stress, Taylor, or someone really good with a sewing machine that would be able to open up the stitching at one end so a replacement zipper pull can be put in, and then stitched back up (like it never happened ideally).
I would really love to put in a double zipper if possible.
I can order the zipper parts if necessary.
