Woodworker iso project space (Roanoke)

I live in an apartment and don’t have space for woodworking.
I’m an artist with about 60 frames i need to build primarily.
Im looking for something i can set up as a workshop that is noise friendly .
I don’t use a table saw and the heaviest equipment I have right now it’s just a router.
