WANTED: Licensed contractor (Roanoke)

Hello! Searching for a licensed contractor to do some work on a warehouse in Roanoke that I'm leasing to get it up to code.
Includes : Widening a doorway (also might have to build ramp to be handicap accessible into the building) Installing emergency lights/ exit signs Installing smoke detectors Contractor's license can be A,B, or C license.
I would really like to find someone that just wants to do this on the side, as budget is important to me.
First we can meet in person to discuss pricing and time frame , after that's done , the work can start immediately.
