Pro Bono lawyer (Roanoke)

I'm in search of a good real lawyer to help me with a plan, and not afraid to get feet wet, and willing to work with many of us to fix the problem we are all having, there won't be compensation for this until services are completed and goal has been reached, I will provide the hotel stay and food if and when necessary.
