BRBH is seeking a Case Manager to provide case management for individuals involved in the successful Mental Health Docket.
Case Management includes assessment, discharge planning, and identifying needs.
Depending on the client's goals, the Case Manager may assist them with referrals or help provide access for a variety of needs including: housing, nutrition, dental, financial, social welfare, dental, educational, transportation, communications, recreation, vocational, and legal services.
Position requires 10% travel to local jails to provide services.
What we are looking for: The successful candidate will have knowledge of community resources available and the criminal justice system, be comfortable working independently in a controlled environment, and be a team player.
Entry level pay: $19.
81/hour.
Additional compensation commensurate with experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree that meets the requirements to register for QMHP
Safe driving record: Candidates must have a good driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last three years AND no criminal violations in the last five years (including DUI) and are required to undergo a fingerprint background check.
Background Checks: Candidates must be able to pass background checks including those required by the local jails.
