Kitchen Supervisor/Lead Line Cook Responsibilities: You will be under the direct supervision of the Food & Beverage Manager and the general supervision of the Director of Food & Beverage.
You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, scheduling, and supervising of an effective, safe and profitable food and beverage department.
You should enjoy the leadership role and possess integrity, character and vision.
Must be a self-starter and self-motivated and comfortable working in a busy environment.
Cooks are responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Supervisors must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
Portion control, food waste, and sanitation are additional areas that Supervisors must be aware of while operating in the kitchen.
Will prepare the menu items in a fast-paced environment while being aware of the food quality standards, portion control, and sanitation rules within the kitchen.
You will be required to work all HOME GAMES on the 2023 Schedule and strongly encouraged to work all scheduled non-game day events.
*Qualifications/Experience:* You must be outgoing, energetic, motivated & professional; team player with excellent customer service and analytical skills; the ability to solve time-sensitive issues; possess good organizational skills; proactive in making suggestions, creating new ideas & trouble shooting while paying close attention to detail; possess the desire to work long hours in a labor-intensive environment with the ability to display strong employee relations skills.
Min.
4 years Food Service Preparation along with grill and fry cooking experience is required.
Managerial experience is a PLUS.
