*Role Description*
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager.
The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service Department, developing and implementing long-term business strategies and goals to drive growth and profitability within department, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any concerns or issues, ensuring that all safety regulations and protocols are followed to protect both employees and clients, and progress towards goals and identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
*Qualifications*
* Experience in service management or a related field
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Ability to implement policies and procedures
* Experience in the mechanical contracting industry is a plus
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Strong problem-solving skills
