*Clinical Practice Manager*

The Practice Manager will oversee administrative and business operations for all Universal Health Care facilities.
This position will provide a positive, rewarding and service-oriented work environment which supports high quality patient centered care, a competent and engaged staff, and the achievement of financial and process improvement goals and objectives.
*Responsibilities:* *Leadership and Management:* * Provide strategic leadership to the medical practice, setting goals and objectives in alignment with organizational mission and vision.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and patient-centered care.
* Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among healthcare providers and support staff.
* Demonstrates servant leadership by empowering, encouraging and inspiring team members.
*Financial Management:* * Develop and manage the practice financial forecast, including revenue generation, expense control, and financial forecasting * Proactively identifies and implements cost containment initiatives.
* Implement strategies to enhance financial performance and maximize revenue streams.
* Monitor and analyze financial reports, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost-effective operations * Plans for growth, staffing, services, educational opportunities and effective performance improvement in collaboration with human resources.
*Regulatory Compliance:* * Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including those specific to long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
* Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations, implementing necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
*Human Resources* * Partner with HR to recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to staff members.
* Address employee relations issues and implement solutions in collaboration with Human Resources.
* Coordinates resources to provide adequate staffing for divisions and departments.
Establishes day-to-day priorities and directs staff task assignments.
* Facilitates team in problem solving and continuous improvement process * Continually works to attract, retain and engage employees with an emphasis on coaching and development.
*Client Relations:* * Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with long-term care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare partners.
* Act as a liaison between the medical practice and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
*Quality Improvement:* * Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
* Works in tandem with the Universal Health clinical team on a daily basis to provide the correct measures for patient safety * Assures the effective and timely delivery of high-quality patient-centered services.
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to establish and maintain evidence-based clinical protocols.
* Establishes and continuously evaluates facility processes and reporting procedures to ensure achievement.
Revises as needed.
*Technology and Systems:* * Oversee the implementation and maintenance of healthcare information systems to optimize administrative and clinical processes.
* Ensure the use of technology to enhance communication, data management, and patient care.
*Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
* Proven experience (5+ years) in medical practice administration, with a focus on long-term care and skilled nursing facilities * Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and reimbursement practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills * Demonstrated ability to effectively manage financial resources and budgets.
* Familiarity with healthcare information systems and technology * Current knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
*Required Skills* * Excellent understanding of medical practice regulations and medical billing including value-based medicine.
* Demonstrates effective team building and leadership skills.
* Ability to travel as needed to various facilities in Virgina and North Carolina areas.
* Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills.
* Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize and plan for the unexpected.
* Experience with data management and dashboards with the use of Power BI preferred.
* Experience with electronic medical record software.
PC skills with emphasis on Office 365.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $90,000.
