As the Early Intervention Manager, you would be responsible for the supervision, direction, and coordination of Early Intervention services.
The role of the Early Intervention Manager requires time spent in each area as follows: Clinical 85%; Marketing, Financial, Administration 15%.

What You’ll Need:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or a Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist Assistant degree from an accredited program with state licensure or certification as required by law
Minimum of one year of Early Intervention experience
Current Early Intervention credential
Previous supervisory experience desirable but not required
Has a clear understanding of the differences between children’s and adult’s services
Has ability to introduce and effect change in complex environments with multi-level personnel
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of personal integrity, reliability and honesty
Has ability to work effectively in teams and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do:
Perform clinical duties as appropriate regarding patient care, supervision of care by subordinate staff, outcome measurement, and documentation per CORA standards
Responsible for management of staff working in Early Intervention, coordination and maintenance of therapists’ Early Intervention credentials, tracking and monitoring completion of mandatory trainings, and attending Early Intervention meetings for all catchments areas within the Region
Work with the Clinic Managers and PSCs to oversee scheduling for Early Intervention services, trainings, and meetings
Participate in ongoing efforts to educate physicians and the public about the value of Early Intervention
Communicate on a regular basis with Early Intervention System Managers.
Submit monthly and quarterly reports
