Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the shift
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support

- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency
- Collaborate with culinary staff to develop and update menu offerings

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Coordinate banquet events and ensure successful execution
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen operations
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
