B&C Exterminating is currently searching for a reliable Office Manager for a small, family-owned business.
They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
They will be self-motivated, trustworthy, detail-oriented, respectful, and timely.
The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s office and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities: * Data entry (entering data and sending information to the appropriate parties) * Answering phones * Scheduling * Operating various computer programs (Word, email, fax from computer, pest control database) * Assisting customers with their accounts (billing questions, etc.
) * Printing and mailing statements, invoices, postcards * Accounts Receivable - print AR report, make collection calls * Monitoring daily payroll for technicians * Maintaining relationships with closing companies, realtors, and customers to provide the best possible customer service Skills: * Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role * Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities * Excellent organizational and leadership skills * Excellent knowledge of computers and office-related technology * Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Evaluation at 60 days with possibility for a raise.
Performance and quarterly bonuses available.
Paid holidays, vacation accrual after one year.
