Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age - Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system - Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Experience: - Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a restaurant setting - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele - Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Basic math skills for calculating orders and handling payments - Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards - Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can showcase your bartending skills while providing exceptional service to our guests.
