*Position Overview*
The Equipment manager will lead automation equipment technology, new machinery selection and installation; and 99 % up time in all 6 plants.
The role requires equipment selection, contract, and project management, handling multiple projects, working with the plant management.

*Responsibilities:*
· Oversee the specification of transformer manufacturing and automation equipment, assuring quality and industry-leading technology.
· Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and technical leadership in the company.
· Source and procure equipment.
· manage installation, start up, training and operation oversight for safe and reliable operation to achieve 99% uptime.
*Qualifications:*
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
· A minimum of 20 years of experience in similar role

· Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive teams towards excellence.
· Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for innovation.
· Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to foresee industry trends and align departmental goals accordingly.
