General Role Description
Supervise the company’s warehouse and manage inventory
Role Accountabilities
- Direct an assigned team to ensure proper warehouse operation and inventory management
- Implement and monitor the processes for efficient warehouse operation and inventory management
- Identify opportunities, initiate and lead process improvement initiatives
- Monitor skill base and ensure effective training of staff
- Research and analyze current inventory turns, min/max stock, and stock on order to minimize on hand inventory levels while maximizing turning inventory
- Ensure slow moving inventory identification and management through stock orders placed to meet minimum/maximum inventory levels
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing new processes affecting the warehouse and inventory
- Create and maintain multiple business system generated reports to manage all aspects of warehouse and inventory
- Monitor and implement US import and export regulations relevant to warehouse management
- Perform purchase order maintenance as required
- Ensure CTPAT security and other compliance requirements are met
- Ensure the process to maintain 24/7 shipment capability in support of the Customer Support function operates successfully
- Lead cross functional management teams in monthly and quarterly inventory updates
- Provide individual contributions necessary to meet client and business commitments

Minimum Qualifications
- HSD or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in warehouse and inventory management
- Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills
- Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts
- Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility
- Demonstrated success leading teams to accomplish business goals
- Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse and inventory systems
- Demonstrated experience managing inventory levels of not less than $3.

– Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
– Availability to travel domestically, approximately 5%, sometimes on short notice
– Ability to lift 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Business or related field
- Proficiency in Access, Adobe Acrobat, and Visio
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in Oracle
- Certified forklift trainer
