### Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team.

### Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff
- Help patients with mobility by transferring, positioning, and ambulating them as needed
- Provide assistance with meals, ensuring patients receive proper nutrition and hydration
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create a safe and comfortable environment for patients
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality of medical records
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized patient care area
### Skills:
- Ability to lift and move patients safely and with proper body mechanics
- Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) and its proper use
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner or eClinicalWorks
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia care is a plus
- Ability to work effectively with people of all ages, including children
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
