We are looking for a RN or LPN to provide caring and skilled support to our family of residents and supervise team members.

You would work with all disciplines to provide the highest standard of care for each of our residents in addition to providing leadership and development for team members.
This role manages all aspects of direct resident nursing care including oversight of the Plan of Care for each resident and the establishment of nursing standards, objectives and goals.

Long Term Care experience preferred.
5+ years of experience in a long-term care nursing supervisor capacity, or exhibited commensurate level of skills and knowledge.
Supervision of Nurses and CNAs Current Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Previous experience in a skilled nursing environment is preferred Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to long-term care.
