This position is responsible for the overall assessment and quality of life care for our residents.
You would work with all disciplines to provide the highest standard of care for each of our residents in addition to providing leadership and development for team members.
This role manages all aspects of direct resident nursing care including oversight of the Plan of Care for each resident and the establishment of nursing standards, objectives and goals.
You would be an integral part of a team whose energy, compassion, creativity, and talents are valued and rewarded.

Minimum Qualifications:
Directory of Nursing experience strongly preferred.
Long Term Care experience preferred.
5+ years of experience in a long-term care nursing supervisor capacity, or exhibited commensurate level of skills and knowledge.
Supervision of Nurses and CNAs
Current Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Previous experience in a skilled nursing environment is preferred
Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to long-term care.
Knowledge of current labor laws
Understanding of geriatric care, knowledge of the aging process
Currently certified in Healthcare Provider CPR/AED (Adult, Child, Infant)
