```Duties:```
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, Assisting during oral surgeries and monitoring vital signs.
- Assist in the setting up rooms for surgery, Cleaning rooms and instruments
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Perform basic life support measures in emergency situations.
- Conduct patient assessments
- Administer injections and perform IV insertions as needed.
- Monitor and assess patients for changes in condition and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.
```Requirements:```
- Valid LPN license in the state of [location].
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medical records management.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines for maintaining patient privacy.
- Experience with IV insertion and administering injections.
- Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic life support certification is required.
