As a Residential Aide, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery.
You will partner with the Residential Aide Manager and the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
HS Diploma / GED
Associate degree preferred
CPR / First Aid must obtain upon hire
Responsibilities:
Check in with manager for resident report and receive any added assignment.
Supervise resident AM/PM care.
Supervise patient medication, document all incoming medications, and coordinate with nurse and psychiatrist/physician regarding medication compliance.
Maintain residents’ schedule for your shift.
Observe and assure adherence to house rules.
Monitor all chores and work projects.
Run didactic groups and assist residents with recreational activities that promote comfort, security, and recovery.
