As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating clinical services necessary for all patients within the facility.
You will promote Performance Improvement and service delivery that is aligned with the agency’s primary mission.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in behavioral health
Experience with individual and group counseling treatment planning and case management
Two (2) years of clinical experience in substance use disorder treatment and/or behavioral health.
Responsibilities:
Routing new patients to appropriate staff during intake (nurse, counselor, physician)
Assigns new patients to appropriate counselor.
Completes weekly audit and caseload tracker of all intakes and discharges to ensure ongoing compliance and proper documentation of services rendered.
Ensures corrections are completed and audit compliance logs are in patient charts.
Assists in Crisis Management as needed
Assists Clinical Director in reviewing all treatment plans completed by counseling team for accuracy and clinical appropriateness.
Maintains a patient case load.
Responsible for ensuring that all patients have completed Treatment Pans, BPSA’s and the required amount of counseling before the end of the month.
Tracks all results from Risk Reduction (Intake/90 days/ Post Discharge in Excel Product for Quality Assurance Purposes
Responsible for partnering with the Clinical Director and ensuring 100% of ransom clinical charts are reviewed annually in accordance with alphabet auditing schedule.
Assists with community outreach.
Attend team meetings and complete all training courses timely as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Run Reports: Errors/Warnings and Unsigned Notes across clinical, medical, and residential documentation.
