Store Manager

Store Manager Duties: - Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with the assistant manager to develop and implement training programs for new hires.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.
Experience: - Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as an assistant manager or supervisor.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge of wireless sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills.
