$500 Female Roommate (Roanoke, VA)

I live in a very nice and clean complex.
I have a washer and dryer and the apartment is climate controlled.
I'm looking for a female roommate - no strings attached, who is working (must show pay stubs).
The rent is $500 per month for 6 months.
The apartment is a one bedroom but the living room is huge and has a room divider.
A little about me: I'm a 6'5 African American male in middle adulthood who is a Christian.
I work as an auditor.
I am courteous, clean, and responsible.
I'm hoping for a roommate who is the same.
This is a gated complex off Rock Quarry Road and 5 minutes from Walmart at Hudson Bridge.
