com) a global components distribution company with headquarters in Roanoke, VA is looking for a highly motivated, responsible and career minded individual to become a senior *Inside Sales Account Manager *for our *Roanoke, VA *branch*.
*
This position will require a motivated learner who enjoys people and desires to provide customers the best possible service.
Immediate responsibilities will include expediting, quoting, sourcing, purchasing, customer service and account management for military sales.
Once successful in inside sales, this individual can advance to senior sales, outside sales, logistics and/or other management positions.
The successful candidate will possess great verbal and written communication skills, and should also be proficient in both Microsoft Word and Excel.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Partners with Outside Sales to ensure account retention through seamless customer support, resource orchestration, and order fulfillment troubleshooting.
* Enables sales productivity and available selling time to increase orders and customer satisfaction.
* Proactively drives account management while executing tasks to support the sales process and move an opportunity forward.
* Demonstrates breadth and depth of product knowledge to position and map Wurth Revcar Fasteners’ offerings to align with the customer’s business objectives and initiatives.
* Data entry, quote support, record management, researching activities, logistics (communication with warehouse), shipment scheduling, etc.
via defined processes.
* Demonstrates customer-oriented responsiveness in answering inquiries and troubleshooting process issues which jeopardize order fulfillment.
* Maintains and builds customer relationships to become a trusted consultative advisor.
* Provides a full representation of the Wurth Revcar Fasteners product offerings.
* Interfaces with key stakeholders and customers to provide pre and post-sales support to resolve issues.

*Requirements:*
· College Degree BS/BA preferred
· 1 year of related sales experience, 2-4 years of inside sales account management experience preferred
· Must work well with in a fast-paced team environment

· Attention to detail
· Previous fastener industry experience is a plus
· Ability to interpret and understand a variety of instructions written or verbal
