Wine Chain Manager On Premise role develops and maintains relationships with key chain and independent retailers, making presentations to introduce products, provide best in class service, while implementing strategies and plans to maximize sales and brand growth.

Responsibilities:
Develop, present, and ensure execution of chain and key account sales plans in accordance with the company annual business plan goals and objectives.
Establish and maintain relationships with local and regional buyers as well as category teams at the national level.
Establish strong business relationships with key suppliers and ensure alignment on business planning by chain.
Plan and conduct regular sales calls to each assigned retailer call point.
Provide timely market information to the management team regarding pricing, merchandising, and market trends.
Communicate and ensure execution of all national and regional programs.
Provide monthly recap.
Coordinate and monitor in-store features and activities.
Track revenue and volume by chain and key account on a monthly basis.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability for planned promotional activities.
Communicate as needed with purchasing.
Attend sales meetings to communicate monthly plans and objectives.
Assist in development of sales forecasts.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
7 years of relevant sales or marketing experience.
Experience in the three-tier system of beer, wine, or spirits is preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and secure and maintain auto-liability insurance by state laws
Able to obtain and meet industry licensing requirements as needed
Ability to articulate distinct brand and product attributes and competitive position.
Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills with retailers and community partners.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Demonstrated success in setting priorities; exceptional analytic, organization, and problem-solving skills; strong ability to multi-task across diverse projects, issues, and scenarios, with the ability to pivot quickly.
Ability to work in a team-based, collaborative environment with employees at all levels.
Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility.
Availability to travel, up to 25%.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen that includes THC.
