NewGuard Sales Lead position
*What will you get to do in the NewGuard Sales Lead role?*
We are actively hiring for a NewGuard Sales Lead role.
As a Sales Lead at NewGuard Plastic Cards, you use outbound selling strategies to find new business and help them grow their market with NewGuard Plastic Cards products and services.
You provide product overviews, brochures, sample cards, document potentials, opportunities, quotes, wins, losses and closings to successfully sell NewGuard products.
Your target clients will largely consist of small and mid-sized businesses.
This role allows the option to understand and learn the NewGuard manufacturing business in the office then, based on sales success, have some flexibility in a hybrid work model.
This is a full closing role.
You must be fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) to be considered for this role.
*What are the responsibilities of an Account Executive at NewGuard?*
In this role, you will get to:
* Quickly identify challenges that our prospective customers face and discover the best products and solutions for their business.
* Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
* Nurture relationships to develop highly qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies.
* Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
* Work collaboratively with NewGuard's sales and leadership to evolve our sales strategy when new products and services are introduced.
* Identify new channels and markets and work with Sales and Leadership to grow them.
* Help shape the future of NewGuard's mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills.
*What are the role requirements?*
* Fluency in English is a must (and Spanish is a plus).
* 1-5+ years of selling experience with manufactured products - ideally in a plastic, paper or technology card product environment.
* Experience prospecting in a high-volume environment.
* Experience doing discovery calls with customers and ability to show value propositions.
* Experience within a sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently.

Pay: $45,000.
