_*Job Description:*_
_The Membership and Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless member experience and supporting the club's day-to-day operations.
This multifaceted position combines membership management, marketing, administrative tasks, and customer service to create a welcoming and efficient environment for our members.

_*Responsibilities *_
_*Marketing & Communications *_
· _Create marketing content for the club's social media outlets including but not limited to Instagram reels, Instagram posts & Facebook events.
_
· _Organize and facilitate the creation and distribution of the monthly newsletter.
_
· _Work closely with the management team to properly market events to members of the club including social events, weddings, golf, racket sports, family programming and membership promotion.
_
· _Create flyers, menus, and other printed materials for distribution.
_
· _Attend vendor marketing events, networking events and membership socials as needed.
_
· _Assist with planning biannual open house events with the local Homeowners Association and members of the community.
_
_*Membership Coordination:*_
· _Manage new member applications and the onboarding process.
_
· _Maintain accurate membership records and databases.
_
· _Assist with membership inquiries, renewal reminders, and updates.
_
· _Coordinate membership events and activities to enhance the member experience.
_
_*Administrative Support:*_
· _Provide administrative support to various club departments, including the F&B management team.
_
· _Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare reports and documents as needed.
_
· _Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
_
_*Member Relations:*_
· _Foster positive relationships with club members by being responsive and attentive to their needs.
_
· _Act as a point of contact for member inquiries and professionally resolve member concerns or issues.
_
· _Attending and supporting club events, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction.
_
_*General Office Management:*_
· _Maintain office supplies, equipment, and an organized workspace.
_
· _Help manage club records, and files, and ensure confidentiality is maintained.
_
· _Collaborate with other club staff to improve overall club operations.
_

_Schedule_
· _Tuesday- Saturday 10am-7pm_
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.
00 - $35,000.
