Sales Associate - Agriculture Equipment

Our growing Agriculture Dealership seeks an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to greet customers, help them find what they need and upsell new products.
We’re looking for a professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge.
This job involves meeting the needs of customers who walk in the door, but also going out to the field to look for new customers and meet their needs.
The ability to work on multiple deals at one time and stay in regular contact with customer is a must.
Training for this position will involve working our small engine sales department, selling Stihl equipment and lawnmowers, etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet and assist customers as they shop for equipment * Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers receive equipment that meets their need * Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers * Assist other team members with sales and transactions when necessary * Seasonal weekend work MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Some mechanical knowledge * Must be comfortable with primarily commission pay * Must be comfortable with Excel * Experience working with Sales Volumes greater than $10,000 is preferred but not necessary Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.
