Cox Business is seeking an Engagement Lead Manager.
Ensures that the execution plan is carried out with integrity to the design plan, and that the outcome is aligned with the Value Proposition vision and strategy desired state.
This role works with boundary partners to monitor, trend, and report on KPIs critical to the success of the program.
They also confirm and help evangelize implementation of the design model and identify opportunities across the cross functional workgroups.
The successful candidate will be a passionate, business customer-centric leader with strategy and management skills, and compelling communication skills (written, oral, and presence).
The role requires the individual to know how to navigate a highly matrixed environment to assist in achieving desired state.
Strong teamwork skills are essential.
Must be self-driven, capable of working independently and with teams.
The Engagement Lead Manager reports to the Director of Value Proposition Marketing.
What You'll Do Oversees day-to-day program management activities and manages high-level execution plan ensuring adherence to the program strategy and visions and the integrity is achieved.
Coordinates with program managers and functional leads to assist with design and ensure proper execute against operating model.
High-level monitors and works to notify and reengage design team of any defects, shortcomings, or inability for the execution team to perform according to workplan design.
Performs ongoing evaluation of performance, including tracking and analyzing the progress of the overall impact of the SMB value proposition.
Focused on both near-in & long-term roadmap ensuring observance to an agile workplan.
Evaluates treatments specifically regarding their impact to market share.
Confirms and helps implementation and evangelization of industry vertical model and identifies opportunities across the workgroups.
Works with boundary partners to monitor, trend, and report on functional area specific and overall project KPIs critical to the success of the program.
Perform other duties as requested.

Who You Are Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field.
The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.
D.
and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field.
2 or more years of analytical experience - segmentation, opportunity sizing, forecasting, variance analysts 3 or more years of experience writing communication briefs, concepts, personas, etc.
Awareness and some experience in the development of successful outcome-driven innovative value propositions Good leadership, verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, project management, organization, time management, and collaborative skills to collaborate effectively with teams throughout the organization Preferred Experience in marketing strategy, innovation, product design or marketing Knowledge of omnichannel business customer service Working experience with broad cross functional teams B2B management experience 2 or more years of experience in a management role USD 85,500.
