*Job Responsibilities *include, but are not limited to:
● Representing the company with honesty and professionalism at all times.
● Maintaining your sales call schedule and calendar.
● Ability to present to a customer in-person or virtually.
● Use CRM and keep up to date.
● Awareness of Cenvar’s scope of work and the ability to present this information to potential customers; this includes product education, our services, and policies.
● Using supplied materials and tools in your sales presentation.
● Maintaining a professional appearance.
● Customer follow ups.
● Attendance at weekly sales meetings.
● Ensuring customer satisfaction.
● Endeavoring at all times to give our customers the best experience possible.
● Developing customer relationships and providing unrivaled customer service in order to build new business, increase company profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition.
*Required Qualifications:*
● Two years sales experience, preferably working in a solar, construction, farming, service based or similar industry.
● Ability to be trained on and use company software.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Promptness
● Ability to prepare proposals.
● Must have an acceptable driving record and be insurable under the company policy.
● Background check must be free of felony convictions.
● High School diploma or equivalent.

Training salary based upon $80,000 annual salary for the first 6 months of employment; then transitioning to strictly commission based.
