Our growing restoration business is seeking an experienced and highly motivated residential and commercial regional salesperson to help us continue our upward trajectory.
Must be an expert networker, skilled at B2B sales, who creates deep, meaningful connections with prospects and customers.

The position entails:
Meeting with local insurance agents
Participating in and hosting networking events
Growing your network to achieve warm introductions
Site walk throughs
Selling pre-loss agreements to commercial customers
File reviews
Analyzing territory and market potential, track sales and status reports
Developing relationships with potential customers
Maintaining relationships with current customers.
Coordinating sales efforts with production team.
Participating in the on-call manager schedule.
Weekly travel in territory
Presenting, prospecting, and selling services to existing and prospecting customers.
The ideal candidate will have these characteristics:
Ability to identify potential customers, dig for the decision makers, and grow your own pipeline
Be a proactive connector who drives business
Be a professional communicator both verbally and written
Understand the importance of documenting sales activity in the management system
Self-disciplined
Ability to build rapport easily and establish trust, leading to lasting customer relationships
Easily adapts to and learns new skills including technology
Professional appearance
Ability to use smartphone, computer, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other web-based applications
2- year degree or equivalent experience
Restoration or insurance industry experience is preferred, but not required
Flexibility to travel between our 3 office locations.
Compensation Package:
An experienced applicant can expect a base salary of $60,000/yr.
Percentage based commissions are
paid on work that is brought in by the salesperson.
