In this position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment, solving problems, maintaining the production facility, and managing replacement part levels.
This position is critical to the success of the production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintains a safe, clean, and well-organized work area
Provides good quality service
Timely support
Root cause analysis
Good follow-up on issues
Appropriately plans work looking at all priorities
Coordinates with production & leadership look ahead at the schedule
Focuses on equipment follow-up issues, PMs, and work orders
Makes sure the following shifts are set up to be successful
Orders parts and repairs as needed
Shift Support Focus
Supports operations by properly maintaining equipment
Provides crisis support
Performs line start-up checks
Assists production on setup and adjustments as needed
Monitors and works toward reducing scrap, non-conformance, and downtime due to equipment issues
Monitors and maintains facility equipment; uses building checklist
Implements improvements to equipment, processes, methods, etc
Shift:
MON-FRI 6:30PM- 3:00AM
Flexibility to cover PTO on other shifts periodically.
Pay:
Competitive base wage based on experience DOE.
Plus an additional 20% night shift premium.
PLUS a $4,000 sign-on bonus!

Preferred Education and Experience:
Two-year technical degree or equivalent
Detail oriented
Industrial Electrical Skills
PLC knowledge
Knowledge of electrical motors and drives
Knowledge of various sensors and electrical components
Multimeter use to troubleshoot electrical issues
Industrial Mechanical Skills
Knowledge of pumps, valves, and associated plumbing
Knowledge of pneumatics
Knowledge of compressors, chillers, extruders, and other equipment
1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience
