Responsibilities:
Help foster a daily culture of zero accidents or injuries
Facilitate turnover meetings between project management and field personnel
Participate in manpower meetings
Assist Project Manager with hotel accommodations, per-diem, and timekeeping
Assist with estimating projects, submittals and managing smaller projects from start to finish, when assigned by Project Manager.
Help complete job setups, buyout, and material purchases and follow ups
Perform site visits to check in on ongoing projects and maintain customer relations
Review customer schedules and create/maintain MEP schedule including equipment delivery schedules.
Create RFI's and assemble info and pricing for change orders at the request of the Project Manager
Daily problem solving
Perform other duties assigned by Operation Manager and/or Project Manager
Be able to Assist in the field if needed to
Qualifications:
5+ years of construction site management experience preferred.
Outstanding communication skills including customer service, written and verbal
Organizational skills with effective time and resource management
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Smart sheets.
Lifting as much as 85 pounds
Able to handle and control tools or equipment
Ability to work outdoors with exposure to weather
Ability to work at heights from ladders, lifts and/or scaffolding
Ability to work in cramped, awkward and/or confined spaces while kneeling, bending, crouching, or stooping for prolonged periods of time
