Commercial Maintenance Supervisor

Family owned, rapidly growing construction company has an opening for a Commercial Maintenance Supervisor.
The position will be responsible for the complete supervision of a team of 1-3 laborers with commercial maintenance requests.
These requests may include carpentry, painting, all types of floor installation, and other duties as required.
*Requirements * • 5 years experience in construction • Familiarity with tools and equipment • Excellent attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Work hours vary but are typically 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM Sunday - Thursday.
Occasional weekend work is possible.
Paid overnight travel during the week is usually required.
These jobs vary in location and are usually located in Virginia and West Virginia.
A company vehicle and expense card is provided.
This is a full time position available immediately.
