HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview & Key Responsibilities):
As our Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing production data, stress testing, humidity calibration, coordinating with production staff for on-time completion of work orders, performing all duties of Internal ISO auditor and maintaining all documentation related to production and other processes.
Shared duties include entering customer orders in the system.
Program, download and store loggers for stress test data, manage stress test files, production data analysis and HCal files.
Calibrate humidity loggers according to SOP’s and email HCal files to the customer.
Assemble loggers /PCBAs /sensors and perform final QC.
Review orders, coordinate with Production Staff and update orders accordingly.
Oversee production, testing of assemblies, sub-assemblies and finished goods according to SOP’s.
Perform and maintain Internal ISO Auditor duties.
Maintain all the documentations is up to date according to ISO 9001 requirements
Maintain production data as well as all relevant documents and records.
Perform Temperature calibration and service as needed for production
Manage human and raw material resources to meet production targets and deadlines.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Qualifications):
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in electronic manufacturing, or testing lab preferred
Management training or previous experience
Basic computer skills
Soldering skills
Ability to learn to read and analyze schematics and technical drawings
Supervisory experience
