*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*
* Perform on-site heavy equipment operations which involves positioning and moving front loaders, haul trucks, and skid loaders
* Loading, extracting, and transporting materials including molten steel
* Handling components, modules, and systems of heavy equipment
* Converting heavy equipment with various mobile accessories
* Observing relevant safety, accident prevention, and environmental regulations
* Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to the supervisor
* Clean equipment
* Maintain and protect all property
* Maintain all required certifications required by OSHA and company safety programs
* Provide outstanding customer service operations
* Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations
*EDUCATION*
* High School Diploma or GED
* Vocational training as a heavy equipment operator
* Phoenix on-site training as required
*REQUIRED SKILLS*
* Demonstrated experience in operating front loaders, haul trucks, skid loaders, etc.
* Ability and willingness to operate trucks and various transportation equipment
* Demonstrated experienced as an operator
* Able to lift up to 40lbs
* Experience with and knowledge of technical equipment and machinery
* Results orientated/Strong work ethic
* Must work flexible hours and shift work
* Reliability, enthusiasm, teamwork
* Well-developed interpersonal skills – ability to get along with diverse personalities
* Must Possess Valid Driver’s License
