*Position: Installer - Radio and Emergency Vehicle Equipment*
*Job Description:*As an Installer for Mobile Communications America, you will be responsible for the professional installation, integration, and maintenance of two-way radio and emergency vehicle equipment for our diverse range of customers.
In this role, you will work with a team of experienced technicians and gain invaluable hands-on training to become proficient in the installation and troubleshooting of advanced communication systems.
*Responsibilities:*
* Install, program, and configure two-way radio systems and emergency vehicle equipment in various vehicles, including police cars, fire trucks, ambulances, and more.
* Collaborate with the installation team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to customer specifications.
* Perform quality checks and conduct system testing to ensure proper functionality and adherence to industry standards.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise during installation or maintenance.
* Maintain accurate records of installation and service work, including equipment specifications, diagrams, and any necessary documentation.
* Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements and participate in training sessions to stay current with industry best practices.
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant education is a plus.
* Prior experience in vehicle electronics installation, two-way radio systems, or emergency vehicle equipment is advantageous but not required.

* Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring principles.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
* Physical ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs) and perform installations in various weather conditions.
