WANTED: Licensed contractor - $12,345 (Roanoke)

Hello! Searching for a licensed contractor to do some work on a warehouse I'm leasing in Roanoke to get it up to code.
Includes : Widening a doorway (also might have to build ramp to be handicap accessible into the building) Installing emergency lights/exit signs Installing smoke detectors Contractor's license can be A,B, or C license.
I would really like to find someone that just wants to do this on the side, as budget is important to me.
