Lot or land, minimum 2 acres (Bedford county, Vinton side)

I am looking for a lot or piece of land on which to build a nice house.
Realtors welcome, or will buy direct from owner through my attorney.
It must be a minimum of two acres and I would consider a much larger tract for the right price.
It should have some neighbors within sight of the building spot on the land to help with the thief and vandal problems.
This land must have a building spot that is uphill from the road and not close to any main well used roads.
It must have about 1 acre for the building spot that can be made level with excavating equipment .
It must be in Bedford county and down Hardy road would be ideal even if it's past the marina and towards route 122.
I will consider other areas in Bedford county.
