We are looking for someone to move in March 1st.
This room comes Unfurnished.
Utilities are a standard 125 dollars a month and a standard 30 min a week chores.
Refundable deposit if you actually move in, which totals one months rent, due upon signing month to month lease.
Garden space available.
About you:
We are looking for a cool person to share our large home with! We like to hang together but there are plenty of places in the house to do your own thing too.
We enjoy entertaining and girls nights where we can veg out and watch chick flicks.
We would be pleased to find someone who is tidy and respectful of other roommates and their guests.
Someone who pays rent on time and helps other roommates keeping the house looking and feeling like a home.
We are looking for someone with no pets please, fish and small aquarium animals will be considered.
About the house:
The house is fully furnished and has a full kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry/storage room, big front porch, hang out basement area, full fenced in back yard, and is all fully furnished.
It is located in a nice neighborhood, where it is in close proximity to: Roanoke Memorial Hospital, College of Health Science, Virginia Western Community College, Virginia Tech Carilion Research Institute, greenway, star hiking trail, and fifteen-minute walk to downtown.
Roommates share all house items, and shares cleaning chores.
This is a really cool and fun place to live.

She also is into health and nutrition and working towards becoming a therapist.
She lives at the home part time.
Morgan: is a vet tech and loves helping animals and is new to the city.
Katy: works with children at a dental office and is interested in trying new things.
Amruta: Works in the computer world and staying busy.
