I have a duplex apartment and do not use the upper floor which had a bedroom and full bath and a small extra room (5 x 15) which could be storage or a work space or a small den.
You will have a full use of the kitchen.
This is like your own apartment.
There is a laundry room just down the hall and an exercise room in the building.
The room is available partially furnished or unfurnished.
All utilities including cable television and internet are provided.
Rental term flexible.
Asking $700 and is available January 1st I am a mature gentleman who is peaceful, quite, respectful, neat, easy going, open minded and easy to be around.
I am a non smoker, do not use drugs and only occasionally have a drink and do not have a pet and expect the same Age, gender, or sexual orientation is not an issue for me.
