Navy Room Offered w/friendly home

I have a room available to Navy personnel, to rent.
Prefer aircraft-related fields for good conversation.
I'm 28 and own a 4 bedroom house.
My place is 23 minutes from NAS and half a mile from 64/264 interchange.
We have done this before and had great success.
My last roommate was 21 and we had lived together before.
The five of us (two battle.
l-buddies, their two girlfriends, and I) generally split the place.
We all played games like fortnite and enjoyed the social life we built.
As always, they moved away, so looking for similar but prefer females.
Anyone with the idea to get housing off base encouraged to apply.
If we get to know each other I drove my best friend to base every day and picked him up for two years.
My dad and I co-own the place but it would be just me.
I'm a 28 year old white former civilian aircraft mechanic with a new career and I'm going to be here at least a year.
I don't require a huge deposit and as long as you're up to date on rent you can split it biweekly if it is easier.
At this time I have one male tenant who is moving out 1/2024 end of month and his room is the master bedroom which is $725.
It's private bath and we share the whole house other than that.
All utilities included including FiOS Garage use provided you're responsible with it.
We have a storage shed in a good size backyard with a fire pit.
Could use a solid tenant.
I can't offer a lot but we are honest.
